The Wisconsin Outdoors Alliance Foundation (WOAF), was incorporated under the laws of Wisconsin as a nonprofit, non stock corporation on WOAF Purpose: The corporation is formed exclusively for charitable, educational, or scientific purposes within the meaning of Internal Revenue Code 501 (c) (3). To the extent consistent with the general purpose, the corporation shall provide educate the public about the importance of conserving natural resources for future generations and to educate children on the benefits of engaging in outdoor activities. |
